Strengthening Your Practice Program |
| |
Continue the benefits from FPNC’s Stress Reduction for Fertility programs!
The FPNC Strengthening Your Practice Mind-Body Program is offered to “graduates” of our Stress Reduction for Fertility 1-Day and 8-Week programs. Stress reduction practices previously learned will be reviewed, and new practices will be added. Participants will deepen qualities such as compassion, non-judgment and letting go, and expand their ability to work with difficult emotions and thoughts. These practices are particularly useful when dealing with fertility challenges. Meet with friends from previous groups and make new friends to share invaluable support and encouragement with one another!
