These events also give you a chance to meet key team members, including the doctors, embryologists and patient services advisors who will care for you.
Qualify for Free Cycle Medication
Event attendees qualify to receive free cycle medication valued around $250. When you attend one of our educational events, we will email you a certificate for a 300 IU dosage of GonalF® follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) medication, which can be used during a treatment cycle with FPNC.
(The certificate is not transferrable, nor redeemable for cash or credit toward treatment, and must be redeemed before 180 days from issue. Medication use must be medically indicated, and patient may not switch to a different medication during the treatment cycle. Only one certificate per household. This offer is valid for recipients becoming patients after May 30, 2010.)
