My husband and I just completed a successful IVF cycle with egg donor and I wanted to make note of the excellent and supportive treatment we've received the whole time from our donor coordinator Adriana. She has been great through this process. We also appreciate the excellent service we received in picking a donor from both Angie and Ali (who was transitioning out right when we were picking a donor). They were both super and a joy to work with. And thanks to Dr. Nelson and Dr. Shelly for their warm and very positive care. Going through these procedures is really nerve-wracking regardless of how prepared you think you are and I just can't say enough how helpful it was to have a team of people this supportive and positive right there with you the whole time.

Thanks again so much for your help. As much of a headache it's been chasing United Health all over the place, our little guy has been more than worth it all! [Picture enclosed] It's funny also to think that, thanks to FPNC, we literally have photos of James dating back to before his conception - last November, Dr. Kim came into the office for an ultrasound that showed his egg about to burst from the follicle! Eleanor [is] the BEST! Pseudo-mom to all the ladies who are patients, she is careful and courteous to explain everything on the billing, is sensitive to the emotional issues that accompany this treatment, and really makes me feel welcomed in the center.

THANK YOU! --- and I are thrilled to be pregnant. And, I owe it all to you. My uncle, ---, was right when he told me you would take excellent care of me. In fact, when I ovulated on a Saturday, and Josie and Diane told me you were on call that weekend to perform my IUI, I had a feeling it could be my lucky month! I am a firm believer that the best doctors, get the best results.

Your entire staff are the most welcoming, kind and professional women I have ever met in a doctor's office. And, Dr. Abusief, who often was working in Palo Alto when I came for my ultrasounds, was fantastic. She has a stellar bed-side manner, explained things very well, and was unbelievably kind.

I will keep you posted on my progress. And, hope to visit your office with a healthy baby later this year.

Words cannot express our gratitude. You’ve helped us to achieve our greatest dream in the life and we will forever be grateful. Each one of you has had an impact on our experience at FPNC. Your kindness, support and understanding and patience is what got us through each failed round. And now, as we celebrate our success, you’re still beside us, offering your congratulations. It was bittersweet saying goodbye. While we”re excited to move on, we’re sad to leave. You’ve become a second family to us and we’re so thankful

I haven’t been able to visit you yet, so I enclose my maternity picture.  It was taken about a month ago, and now I’m bigger: 25 weeks.  The twins are both girls and they are growing well.  I’ve always wanted to have a girl, so this is special!  We are very thankful for the care you and the other staff provided during IVF.  Please accept our sincere appreciation. I wanted to compliment your practice.  Your doctors are all wonderful and treat us so well.  The service from everyone, including all the staff, is just fabulous.  I know a few friends who come here and they all say the same thing – how nice the doctors are.

I just wanted you to know, my little boy turned 3 on Sunday. I thank God every day for the help you gave us in bringing him to us (via IVF).

Also, just so you know. I also now have a little girl 14 months (conceived naturally). I truly believe that I wouldn't have either one without FPNC. (The doctors found endometrosis in my ovaries when I had a c-section with my son.) It had almost disappeared with my pregnancy with my son. I got pregnant with my daughter only 4 months after I stopped breastfeeding...not enough time for it to return.

Again, thanks to the entire FPNC staff.

I am thrilled to announce the arrival of ---. She was born on ---. She’s 4 weeks old in the photo. She’s doing great. We can’t begin to thank each of you for all that you did for us. She’s a dream come true. We will hopefully look forward to seeing everyone in a year or so. Thanks for all of your compassion and professionalism.

Well, the twins arrived safely and have been home for 7 weeks now.  It is a challenge looking after 2 newborns but we are loving it.  THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your support and hard work when we did the treatment last year.  We could not have got through it without you. Maybe we will visit you at FPNC sometime!

Many thanks to all of you for making our dream of having children a reality. I believe I interacted with most of you over the past four years and each of you have been professional, caring and supportive throughout the IVF process. We are happy to say that you helped us bring --- into the world, and now --- in January of this year. Thank you all again for helping to complete our family!

Thank you so much for helping make our dream of having a family come true. It felt like quite a long road to travel to bring --- into this world – but it was worth every step. Everyone at FPNC was incredible. Not only did we trust their medical expertise but we also really appreciated their caring nature and obvious sensitivity to a very hard process. The injections (and later difficult decisions) were the scariest part of the cycle for us and the injections most, until you took the time to get us comfortable. Thank you very much.

I’m sorry it’s taken so long to send you pictures. We had a baby boy and girl. The boy is --- and the girl is ---. This was our first family photo. The family picture shows 1 month old pictures. The Easter card is them at 5 months old. They are good size twins as you can see. We want to thank you for all your help and kindness through the whole procedure. You all gave us the support we needed and appreciate it more than you’ll ever know.
