Understanding Your Insurance Coverage
Many of our first-time patients have questions regarding insurance coverage.
We are happy to help you determine your coverage, even before your first appointment.

Once we’ve researched your specific infertility treatment coverage we’ll
contact you - usually within 2-3 business days.
Contracted Insurance Carriers and Medical Group Affiliations
Most patients have coverage for some fertility treatment or diagnostics, whether ‘in-network’ or ‘out
of network’. We can help you determine your exact coverage and any special
requirements your insurance provider may require, such as pre-authorizations.

The ARC Family Building Program™
The ARC Family Building Program is a unique service and financial package
that helps patients overcome insurance coverage limitations that prevent them
from accessing the treatment they need. This program also gives you the confidence
of a flexible reimbursement option refunding up to 100 percent of medical
costs if treatment does not result in a live birth.
The ARC Family Building Program offers a number of affordable alternatives:
Three-Cycle Plus™ -- Maximizes your chances for a baby. Covers all the
predetermined costs for up to three cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF), plus
up to three additional frozen embryo transfer cycles, for a total of up to 6
cycles.
Two-Cycle Plus™ -- Covers all the predetermined costs for up to two
cycles of IVF, plus up to two additional frozen embryo cycles, for a total of
up to 4 cycles.
One-Cycle Plus™ -- Your most affordable IVF choice. Covers all the predetermined
costs for one cycle of IVF, plus up to one additional frozen embryo transfer
cycle, for a total of up to 2 cycles.
The ARC Refund Program™ -- After receiving all of the required services
you will be refunded most of the money you have paid if a live birth (baby) has
not been achieved through the IVF treatment. The ARC Refund Program is available
on the One-, Two- and Three-Cycle treatment packages as well as some Donor packages.
The ARC Pharmacy Plan™ -- Provides for all the predetermined costs of
fertility medications needed for your care, which can be purchased separately
or with any of the treatment options.
