The fee for the FPNC Mind-Body Program is usually covered by insurance under mental health (not medical or infertility). To determine your coverage, contact your insurance carrier directly and request to speak to a representative familiar with the mental health benefits.

The “CPT codes” used for the Mind-Body Program are as follows:

• Initial one-on-one appointment with therapist
  Code 90801 – Fee $145
  
  
• Group sessions
  Code 90853 – Fee $475 for 10 sessions
  
  
• Final one-one-one appointment with therapist
  Code 90806 – Fee $145

You may need to explain to the insurance representative that while FPNC is a medical practice, it is offering this very specialized mental health program to its patients with a contracted mental health professional.  FPNC will not show on their list of in-network providers for mental health because we are a medical practice.  The group leaders are also usually considered “out of network.”
