“It was great to finally have a place to go to vent as well as get support and understanding from others that are dealing with the pain of infertility. I felt as if a huge load had been lifted off my shoulders and am ready to try some new coping skills to help me through our situation. I was a little nervous before going to our first meeting but Lynn does such a fantastic job with putting people at ease--my husband and I are both looking forward to the next meeting.”

FPNC Mind-Body Workshop on Acupuncture & Acupressure
Understand how and why acupuncture can enhance fertility, and complement treatment. Learn specific acupressure points targeted to reduce stress and pain, enhance fertility, increase energy, and improve hormonal balance. Empower your own healing, and if coming as a couple, develop a new way to support each other’s health and well-being.
Navigating Your Way Through Treatment
Infertility treatment can be a maze of decision-making and difficult emotional responses. Navigating the unknowns of treatment options and outcomes can add to the stress of infertility. Too often people will say, "I wish I would have known..." This workshop will help prepare you for common points of confusion and indecision during treatment.
Mindful Yoga 6-Week Course

The course includes a gradual, thorough introduction to asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation. Poses are taught in a gentle manner. Participants will learn relaxation and stress management techniques, and upon completing the course, will be able to continue practicing Yoga on their own.
