Both of our clinics have convenient Bay Area locations - our San Jose office is down the street from Good Samaritan Hospital at the border of San Jose and Los Gatos; our Palo Alto office is in the downtown area on University Avenue (Directions). Ample free parking is available at both locations.
The clinic areas in both offices were designed to be soothing and comfortable for the patients and efficient for the medical team. They are beautiful and pristine, and we're very proud of them.
The laboratory suites in the San Jose location have additional features for added privacy and security. There are additional separate entrances and specially furnished collection rooms for further convenience and privacy. The embryology laboratory uses multi-layered security and the latest equipment, and has earned a Zero Deficiencies rating for every one of our last four inspections - a very rare and coveted merit for IVF laboratories.
Our private, on-site ambulatory surgery center offers patients the highest level of care before, during and after minimal surgery and IVF procedures. Because it is our own center, we control the cleaning, scheduling, equipment and facility maintenance, and staff quality - ensuring strict adherence to 'best practices' for our patients.
