We have two locations to serve you: San Jose and Palo Alto, California. Our offices provide privacy and convenience in comfortable surroundings.

Directions

Palo Alto Office:
Highway 101 (north from San Jose, south from San Francisco) to the University Avenue exit. Head west on University Avenue to Webster Ave. Turn Left on Webster and take an immediate Right into multi level parking garage. Our office is adjacent to the parking garage, on the University Avenue side, in the red brick building. We are on the second floor.

San Jose Office:
From Highway 85, take the Bascom Ave. exit and turn South. Go 100 yards, and turn Left onto Samaritan Drive. Our office is almost immediately on your Left, behind 2585 Samaritan Drive, and beside our free parking garage. Suite 302 is on the third floor.

From Highway 17, take the Lark Ave. exit and turn South on Lark Ave. toward Los Gatos Blvd. Turn Left onto Los Gatos Blvd. Turn Right onto Samaritan Drive. Our office is almost immediately on your Left, behind 2585 Samaritan Drive, and beside our free parking garage. Suite 302 is on the third floor.

Parking

San Jose – Free parking is provided.

Palo Alto – Free parking for three hours is provided in the garage behind the Palo Alto office.

Office Hours and Appointments

Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily Monday through Friday. We do not close for lunch hours but we do close for the traditional holidays. We are open on weekends for emergencies, monitoring patients’ cycles, and educational classes.

Our office hours are by appointment only so we can provide the most convenient and best service for you. We respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing children with you to your appointment in consideration of other patients.
